Job Description:
Within the Customer Success team, we are looking for a Data Analyst apprentice to support the performance management of our activity through the analysis of customer and partner data.
You will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights, directly contributing to decision-making and the improvement of customer retention.
Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams, you will analyse trends, build structured reporting, and help teams better understand their performance levers, in a fast-evolving environment, particularly through the use of AI.
This role is intended for a curious, analytical, and innovation-driven profile, looking to rapidly develop skills in a digital transformation context.
You will contribute directly to the performance of Customer Success initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights for internal teams.
This is a work-study apprenticeship position (ideally based on a 3 days in company / 2 days at school schedule), starting in September 2026.
What this role will offer you

Profile we are looking for
- Work-study programme (Bachelor's level / Bac+3) specialising in data, analytics, digital marketing, or equivalent;
- Experience or strong foundations in data analysis - this is not a discovery role; we are looking for someone who has already worked with data;
- Strong interest in AI - existing foundations or a demonstrated ability to upskill quickly;
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI; initial knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics) is appreciated;
- Fluent English (international environment);
- Passion for learning, curiosity, and initiative;
- Strong organisational skills, rigour, and ability to synthesise information.

What you will do:
Reporting & Data:
- Set up and produce dashboards and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and retention;
- Collect, structure, and analyse data from multiple sources (CRM, BI tools, internal tools);
- Build regular presentations for internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Leadership);
Customer Insights:
- Analyse customer feedback and segment the installed customer base;
- Formalise actionable insights for Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams, etc.;
- Set up alert and opportunity mechanisms based on existing data;
Artificial Intelligence:
- Explore and experiment with AI tools to optimise analysis and reporting processes;
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement through AI;
- Actively monitor AI trends applied to Customer Success and data;
Operational Support:
- Contribute to documenting In-Life processes;
- Propose improvements to cross-team collaborative workflows;
- Contribute to structured projects (Customer Success platforms, analytics tools).
