Job Description:

Your Task
In our training as a dialogue marketing clerk, you will learn how to advise our customers individually, offer them products and services and leave nothing to be desired. You are there for our customers, inspire them every day and ensure that they become fans with a unique consulting experience.

This training content awaits you, among others:
* Customer acquisition, advice and service
* Marketing of products and services over the phone
* Complaint management - If something goes wrong, you'll learn how to make our customers happy again

Your field of work during your training is the Telekom Service Center, but you can also work in technical service or personal customer contact in the shop.
