Job Description:

Given the developmental focus, the ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant discipline such as Finance or Business Administration. Key requirements include strong analytical aptitude, a proactive learning mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting; no prior professional experience is required.
