Job Description

During the "Graduate Specialist Program, you will spend 18-24 months in various individually designed job rotations in the US and abroad within the Corporate Logistics team. This program is designed to transition you into a full time role with Bosch Rexroth after completion f the program, in a challenging specialist or project task within logistics. In this way, we lay the foundation for a successful career together.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management
* 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German would be a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP and applied Data Analytics
* Entrepreneurial mindset, target and result orientation, analytical thinking and high commitment
* Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to logistics/supply chain.
* Strong analytical skills, high precision, and persuasive personality
* Independent and reliable working style with out of the box thinking
* Very good organization and coordination skills.
* Flexibility and openness to a changing environment.
* Aptitude to determine when issues need to be investigated or escalated.
* Critical thinker with high ability to focus on details.
* Geographically mobile: Candidates must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States - Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable under this program.

Preferred Technical Skills:
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Macros) and proficiency in other MS Office applications (especially Power BI)
* Familiarity with logistics KPIs (inventory management, freight costs)
* Planning experience and understanding of interdependence of SAP parameters
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* Comprehensive knowledge in inventory control methods (e.g., MRP, leveling, PFEP, etc.)
* Comprehensive knowledge of SAP MM, SD, & WM systems
