Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. The BSC supports the North America ('NAM') cluster and the Latin America ('LATAM') cluster.
Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.

The HR Intern's primary function and purpose of this position is to support the America's Cluster in different tasks related to the HR process & Invoice processing.
The HR team should be willing to rotate in different HR teams to learn and understand the requirements of different areas within HR.

HR Process:

* Respond to routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services.
* Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).

Invoicing:
* Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
* Follow up and work with other BSC teams to ensure payment is done on time.
