Job Description:
Responsible for the development and management of Korn Ferry Brazil's annual compensation and benefits survey (database with over 860 companies), as well as conducting specific market studies in compensation projects and providing support to clients of Korn Ferry's compensation platform (KFPAY).
Main Activities:
* Support in the preparation of salary reports, compensation surveys, benefits, and Human Resources practices.
* Participation in job matching in surveys.
* Support in the translation of materials (English).
* Contact with companies to provide support in KFPAY, answering client questions about using the tool.
* Support in data tabulation (will learn about company structure).
* Support and participation in training on the tool (KFPAY) with clients.
* Work in line with the compensation consulting team.
* Other related activities in the area.
Higher Education (currently studying):
Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, or related fields. Year of study and schedule are independent.
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of statistical data, strong logical and analytical reasoning, intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, statistical calculations of median, quartiles, macros), intermediate/advanced English.
Soft Skills:
Interpersonal skills, analytical, collaborative, communicative, proactive, organized, able to prioritize, and interest in research processes.
Structure: Internally, the role should support a team of 8 people
