Within the Talent Acquisition team, your objective will be to support the Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for the various populations across the Salomon brand (Headquarters teams and field teams, in France and internationally), with a primary focus on the Retail and Tech & Pro scopes.
Supported by our team at the beginning and then working more autonomously, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Gathering hiring briefs from managers to understand their recruitment needs
* Posting job advertisements
* Reviewing incoming applications and scheduling interviews
* Conducting candidate pre-screening interviews and writing interview summaries
* Contributing to the identification of new candidate sourcing solutions
* Supporting the organization of recruitment and team events, as well as communication around these events
* Building strong connections and keeping stakeholders informed of your progress
Depending on the needs of the team, your workload, and your areas of interest, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to additional projects.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a business school, university or equivalent.
* A specialization in Human Resources is not mandatory but would be a strong asset.
* Most importantly, you should have a genuine interest in recruitment and HR topics.

* Languages:
* Good command of both French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).

* IT Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
* Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.

* Other Skills:
* You are proactive, organized, and enjoy interacting with people.
* You are eager to learn and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to keep your team and hiring managers informed about the progress of recruitment activities.
* You approach your projects with diligence, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* A first recruitment experience would be a real plus
