Intern RTM excellence & Performance ​(m/w/d)

Job Description:

* Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking​
* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions​
* Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency​
* Track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs (e.g. OTIF, DPD, cost-to-serve)​
* Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders the KPI performance and define & track action plans​
* Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization (flows, networks, delivery models)​
* Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve​

* University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar​
* First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics (FMCG is a plus)​
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail​
* High level of business curiosity and ownership​
* Structured, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment​
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, data handling)​
* Good knowledge of Power BI​
* Interest in developing data & analytics capabilities further​
* Fluent English skills; German is am advantage
