Customer Care Trainee
(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

YOUR responsibilities as a Customer Care Trainee (but not limited to):
* Process customer orders accurately and on time.
* Maintain regular contact with customers and support day-to-day communication.
* Cooperate closely with the Finance team to support order-to-cash processes.
* Prepare and maintain KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and reporting routines.

We are looking for a Customer Care Trainee with the following profile:
* Active full-time student status at a Hungarian university for at least 1 more year.
* Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, preferably up to 40 hours.
* Intermediate Excel knowledge, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
* Customer-oriented mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and dynamic personality.
* Precise, structured, and reliable way of working.
* Languages: fluent Hungarian and English, spoken and written
