Global HR Trainee (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Your Task

This is a Trainee position in the Global People Expand team where you will work with international colleagues on global topics that enhance learning experiences, support data-driven HR initiatives, and contribute to impactful development solutions.

Responsibilities

* Support the design and execution of global performance management, career development or talent management initiatives
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards reports and communication materials
* Contribute to research and benchmarking on Global People EXPAND topics
* Analyze user feedback and data to improve tools, processes and products
* Collaborate with team members across HR, IT and business units in international business environment
* Participate in project planning, documentation and tracking
* Take part in team meetings, OKR reviews and agile routines
* Bring curiosity and a learning mindset to every task

Candidate Requirements:

Your Profile

We are looking for a Trainee in Global People Expand team with active student status, strong communication skills in English, and interest in HR-related fields such as Learning & Development, Career Development, or Talent Management.

Must Have Skills

* Active student status for at least one more year (under age of 25 can also be passive)
* Ability to commit to minimum 20-25 hours of work per week
* Currently studying in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
* Strong interest in Learning & Development, Career Development, Talent Management, HR Data/Analytics, or Digital HR Tools
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Tech-savvy with familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Proactive, structured and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
* Strong collaboration and coordination skills

Nice to Have Skills

* Ability to commit to 35-40 hours of work per week
* German language skills
* Experience with Power BI, Miro or other similar tools
