Trainee - People Analytics (Pulse Survey Focus) (m/f/d) - REF5367L

Job Description:

Your Task

We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement team. In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective-turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization. This is an 8-month position with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible. This role requires fluency in English, while German language skills are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (including macros) and Power BI
* Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
* Conduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as needed
* Visualize findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders
* Support coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e.g. access management)

Your Profile

Must Have Skills

* Active student status (under age of 25 can also be passive student)
* Minimum 20-25 hours of work per week
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
* Advanced skills in Excel (including macros)
* Advanced skills in Power BI
* Confident in structuring data and telling stories through visuals
* Detail-oriented approach to work
* Proactive work attitude
* Ability to work independently
* Fluency in English

Nice to Have Skills

* Availability for 35-40 hours of work per week
* German language skills
