- Manage incoming HR requests through our ticketing system, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Process back-office HR tasks related to employment certificates and updates to personal data.
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and issue employment certificates and other HR documents in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support, including printing, routing documents for signature, and maintaining filing systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners and employees - primarily via our ticketing system - to clarify requests and provide status updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
- Must be an active full-time student.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage
- At least intermediate proficiency in Serbian and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Awareness of confidentiality and data-protection best practices when handling employee information.
- Availability to work an average of 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to be on-site 1-2 days per week
