Procurement Junior Analyst Internship

Job Description:

The Group Procurement of Generali defines the sourcing strategy and ensure effective and efficient procurement processes provided by GOSP. As part of it, the Procurement Strategy Unit help shaping the long-term vision and strategic objectives for procurement across the Group, designs and implements sourcing strategies along with yearly sourcing plan, identifies opportunities for digital transformation, conduct market research to monitor industry trends and innovative procurement practices and benchmark against peers, coordinates with business units to understand procurement needs and deliver strategic value.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement, working alongside experienced professionals
* Manage the end-to-end process of planning and overseeing Procurement Approval Panel, a strategic element for the validation of sourcing activities within GOSP
* Support the team in daily operational and analytical tasks
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
* Participate in internal meetings
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Strong attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills
* Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
