Europe HR Payroll Intern

Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Payroll Europe Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

* Provide operational support to the Payroll Team for the Europe region

* Support time and attendance control activities, ensuring accurate and compliant timekeeping records

* Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of monthly payroll reports

* Assist with payroll data entry and maintain up to date employee information

* Prepare payroll summaries and reports for management review

* Manage all HR documentation, including employment contracts and related records

* Update internal HR and Payroll databases

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or related fields (a Master's in HR is considered a plus)

* Strong Excel skills

* Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholder

* Problem solving skills

* Fluent in English

* Strong attention to details and accuracy
