HR Services Internship - Your new role?

As a HR Services intern, your role is to provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team - focusing on Advisor support by administration. You will be reporting to the HR Services Manager and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.

Key Requirements:

* You will work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration

* You will send out reminders and follow up on pending activities

* Workflow monitoring and reminders ( weekly 50 emails at least)

* Manual data entries into the HR system

* Easy cases handling

* Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration

Your professional profile includes:

* Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR)

* Accomplish internship for a duration of 3-6 months

* Proficient in English. Knowledge of additional language such as Mandarin is an added advantage

* Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Advance knowledge on Excel is an added advantage.

* Possess customer focused attitude, keen for continuous improvement and motivated.
