Job Description:
Internship for HR Talent Acquisition Services team
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* 1. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Send interview invitations and follow-up communication.
Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements.
* 2. Document Collection & Processing
Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information.
* 3. Administrative Support
Update recruitment trackers and databases.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team.
* 4. Project & Event Support
Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives.
Support coordination of HR events.
Participate in internal team projects as assigned.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
* Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team
