At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design - where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. At Lucid Motors, we are building the future of mobility with a strong focus on operational excellence across our global supply chain. As a Logistics Intern, you will support transportation and logistics operations across Europe, contributing to the movement of finished vehicles and general cargo. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Engineering to help ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transport operations.

* Prepare and manage transport documentation (e.g., proforma invoices, customs clearance requests, delivery instructions)
* Track shipments and provide timely updates, ensuring systems are accurate and up to date
* Help identify and select cost-effective and reliable transportation options
* Maintain structured and well-organized digital transport documentation
* Assist in filing and following up on transportation claims, gaining exposure to issue resolution processes
* Collect and analyze transportation rates and supplier performance data
* Support the resolution of operational issues and contribute to supplier performance reviews
* Participate in logistics projects, including transportation management system (TMS) improvements
* Support capacity planning activities, ensuring sufficient carrier capacity and storage space as volumes grow
What we're looking for
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO or WO), preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Quick learner with a proactive and hands-on mindset
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* High attention to detail and a structured way of working
* Strong communication skills, comfortable working across teams and stakeholders
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Good Excel and MS Office skills
Nice to have
* Experience or coursework in logistics or supply chain operations
* Familiarity with ERP or Transportation Management Systems (e.g., SAP, TMS tools)
* Exposure to data analysis or supplier performance tracking
* Experience working in an international environment
What you'll gain
* Hands-on experience in transportation and logistics operations across Europe
* Exposure to how a global automotive company manages supply chain and distribution
* Practical skills in shipment coordination, documentation, and performance analysis
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
* Insight into logistics optimization, supplier management, and capacity planning
* Opportunity to contribute to real projects in a fast-growing, innovative organization
