What You'll Do
During this internship, you will contribute to a range of global Learning & Talent initiatives, supporting efforts to strengthen our learning ecosystem, talent processes, and HR analytics. You may engage in activities such as assessing and enhancing our internal learning platform, supporting the talent review cycle through process insights and stakeholder feedback, analyzing employee engagement and performance data to identify actionable trends, or contributing to the development of global career pathing and promotion guidelines. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to implement solutions that foster a strong learning culture and improve organizational effectiveness.

By the end of this internship, you will have contributed to global HR initiatives in Learning & Development and Talent Management, supporting projects that strengthen employee engagement and performance culture across dsm-firmenich.

What You Bring
- Field of Study: Business Administration (with HR or Leadership focus), Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology / Work & Organizational Behavior, Educational Sciences / Learning & Development, Communication, Change Management / Organizational Development.
- Experience: Expertise in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Communications, or HR Technology / People Analytics are a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, well-developed analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset and proactivity.

Eligibility criteria and conditions:
* Language requirements: Fluent in English
* Final Selection Day: 12.01.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht
* Start of the internship: 02.02.2026
* Duration: 4-5 months
* Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement
* Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office
* Compensation: Internship salary is EUR550 per month.
