We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support our daily IT operations. In this role, you will assist with fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling, gaining hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment while working closely with experienced specialists.
This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills, learn how IT support works in practice, and build strong communication experience.
Your responsibilities:
* Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
* Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
* Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
* Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
* Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
* Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment
* Ensure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressure
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Being a current Student of IT field
* Availability for work min 30h per week
* Basic knowledge of LAN / networking
* Basic computer hardware knowledge
* Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Basic troubleshooting skills
* Interest in workplace IT support and user assistance
* Ability to work with people and a customer-oriented mindset
* Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
* Fluent Polish
* English at minimum B2 level
