We've got seats in our Summer Internship in Implementation Management at London Stock Exchange Group in Gdynia It will be a full-package program that will be your authentic snapshot of what it's like to work in a market-leading company. This is a six-month internship, with the option to continue the collaboration afterward.

Your profile:
* Appetite for learning and building technical relationship with LSEG customers
* Courage to speak with LSEG customers directly and own the end-to-end implementation change for LSEG products
* Very good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of foreign languages. English is a must to do daily job and navigate in the company; other languages at intermediate level (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) are the assets that can be the game changers
* Interest in permanent employment post the 6-month internship. Therefore, we prioritize early graduates and students at their master degree
* Background: preferred faculties around economics, finance, mathematics, international business, IT, philology, law and administration

About the job of an Intern:
As an intern, you will join one of our Implementation Management teams that provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of customer connectivity, product and system usage, and upgrades to ensure that the customer is fully ready for the changes.
We tend to say that data and information is the heart of our company. Now we need you to keep the heart healthy. Our clients, financial institutions, banks, corporations, rely on the timeliness of the information we provide them via our products.
You will proactively engage with customers to understand their technical data strategy. You will make sure that customers will be able to use the latest, most appropriate version of LESG products.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł60,000 - zł90,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
