Job Description:
Your Tasks
* Support the Employee Lifecycle : Assist the HR Manager in activities related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding, while learning about labor legislation and internal HR policies.
* Onboarding & Offboarding : Participate in the coordination of local onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new employees, and assist with offboarding procedures.
* Employee Support : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager.
* HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, training programs, and internal communications as well as support activities in the office.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office
