► Independent handling: You coordinate and handle 1st level support issues (errors/changes/extensions/deletion) in relation to PIM/MAM software, data/content and user administration.
► Think holistically: You troubleshot malfunctions and identify solutions to fix them, which you implement yourself or route issues to the responsible team members.
► Work conscientiously: You make sure requests are being handled in time and to the full satisfaction of our users.
► Collaborate internationally: You work in a global team and to collaborate with a cross-functional international community with some potential travel activity (up to 5%)
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
► Customer and quality oriented, responsible, communicative and team player
► Working method: Quick grasp, analytical, structured, able to work under pressure, solution-oriented
► Languages: Excellent written and spoken English also regarding IT terminology
► Experience and know-how: IT systems and data modelling knowledge
► Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
