The People Operations (Pops) team attracts extraordinary talent that makes up the Grab family. In our tight-knit Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape a future and play an important role in Grab's growth.

You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent workforce. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner onsite at Grab's Singapore One North office.
The internship period shall run from May to December 2026. We may also consider summer-only internships from May to August 2026.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
* You will gain experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer management.
* You will assess candidates through structured screening and refine criteria in hiring debriefs.
* You will use recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement.
* You will contribute to projects optimising recruitment workflows

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
* Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or related fields.
* Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
* Identify tasks and opportunities for contribution without waiting for assignments, manage process flows and tasks to meet timelines.
* An eye for accuracy to details, show ease in speaking with candidates and building relationships.
* Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
