You'll make a difference in:
* Talent Acquisition: Driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing job postings.
* Candidate Experience: Building and maintaining talent networks while ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
* Content Creation: Developing engaging content, including social media posts and blog articles, to showcase our employer brand.
* Brand Management: Supporting our employer branding social media efforts and assisting in organizing and updating brand materials.
* Market Research: Conducting research to analyze trends and competitor activities in the employer branding space.
* Collaboration: Working closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams on various projects.

Your defining qualities:
* Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Passion & Proactivity: A strong passion for talent acquisition and employer branding with a proactive mindset to contribute creative ideas.
* Communication & Digital Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with familiarity with various social media platforms and their trends.
* Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Team Player: The ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
