Job Description:

The student will learn about Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine (which is very famous given that in this area we have many Michelin star restaurant), the intern will be involved in the different sections of a Gastronomic Restaurant and social events. The intern will be part of an international team of 30 persons dealing with banqueting, cocktails, room service, lounge bar, pool bar, gala dinners, gastronomic restaurant. At the end of the internship the student will be able to provide a 5-star kitchen service, develop the kitchen orders, to organize a gastronomic kitchen, create the rota timetable and to accept goods
