AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 -Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Within Production Quality organization we foster excellence in Quality for the different civil and military manufacturing lines at Pre-FALTablada; this site offers a very diverse range of aeronautical aerostructure products for different programs and Customers, such as A400M, Falcon 8X/10X, C295, Eurofighter, MRTT, Eurodrone, etc..
As part of your internship with us you will take part and support the following activities:
- Process optimization: Enhance inspection and conformity activities by developing and deploying digital solutions based on new technologies and AI solutions.
- Quality Inspection: Standardization and automatization of inspection control reports
- Non-conformity management: harmonization and definition of dedicated templates per defectology type for HNC (Non-Conformity Sheet).
- Operational Surveillance: to reinforce execution and monitoring of supervision activities to secure industrial readiness against manufacturing requirements.
- Problem Solving: Deployment and fertilization of the new Problem Solving governance across the site to implement and secure steps, process and methodologies to apply.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Aerospace / Industrial Engineering or similar field of knowledge
- Level B2 English.
- Soft skills valued: Ability to work in complex and multiprogram environment, team spirit, dynamism, curiosity, proactivity and collaboration
- Technical skills valued: data analysis and management (advance level in SAP and Office/Google tools), knowledge on AI applied to industry and ability to manage technical and normative documentation.
