Robert Bosch Fuel Systems, LLC, located in Kentwood, MI, is a precision metal machining manufacturing plant that manufactures and re-manufacturers large engine diesel fuel systems. Robert Bosch Fuel Systems is part of the Bosch Powertrain Solutions division and is a worldwide leader in diesel injection technology.
We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team in Grand Rapids, United States. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our dynamic and growing organization.
* Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
* Maintain employee records and update HR databases
* Assist in organizing new employee orientation and onboarding sessions
* Help coordinate company events and team-building activities
* Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
* Prepare and distribute HR-related communications
* Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
* Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional work environment
* Knowledge or experience with AI applications is a plus
