Job Description

As part of the Business Development team, you will be exposed to a wide range of
responsibilities including:
* Supporting in hotel contracts, feasibility studies and investment analysis for new
* hotel and F&B projects globally
* Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking across key markets
* Assisting in the creation of compelling, investor-facing presentations and development proposals
* Engaging in real estate valuation reviews and financial modelling
* Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, design, and F&B teams
* Helping to prepare internal strategy reports and development tracking tools

Qualifications

* Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
* Knowledge of market research, feasibility, and valuation in the hospitality and real estate sectors
* Aesthetic and design sensibility with an ability to create visually engaging presentations
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent report writing skills
* A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Fluency in English is an absolute minimum!
