Join WK Kellogg Co as a Human Resources Intern in Mexicali. Start your career where people and purpose come together. As a Human Resources Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting learning, training compliance, and HR systems that help our teams grow and succeed. This role is ideal for students who want real-world exposure, meaningful projects, and a chance to make an impact while learning by doing.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Training Compliance Reporting: Generate assigned training compliance reports using our Learning Management System (LMS - Alchemy).
* Analyze Training Effectiveness: Support training effectiveness evaluations and develop basic statistical insights.
* Close Learning Gaps: Participate in the rollout of specific actions to address gaps identified through training evaluations.
* STPS Compliance Support: Collaborate in sharing training compliance information required by STPS (SIRCE).
* LMS Administration Support: Assist with key data entry and other activities related to learning management systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* 5th semester or above.
* Conversational English (read, write, and speak).
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
* On-site availability at the Mexicali Manufacturing Plant.
Nice to Have:
* Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred, not required).
* Interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or People Analytics.
