As an Intern in General Affairs (GA), you will support administrative tasks including preparing documents, updating data related to office supplies and uniforms, assisting with administrative services, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Our Team
You will join the General Affairs team, responsible for managing office administration, vendor coordination, compliance with company policies, and supporting continuous process improvements.
What You Will Do
* Assist in preparing and updating procurement documents for office supplies, uniforms, and administrative services.
* Coordinate with the team to manage distribution and inventory of office materials and uniforms.
* Support the processing and payment of administrative expenses, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Participate in internal audits and activities related to 5S, labor safety, and administrative process improvements.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by GA staff or supervisors.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Final-year student or recent graduate; no prior work experience required.
* Graduated or pursuing a degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
* Knowledgeable about administrative operations and document management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.
* Responsible, meticulous, and effective at time management.
What Will Put You Ahead
* Previous internship or experience in office administration or GA.
* Basic knowledge or certification related to administrative procedures.
* Good command of English for professional communication.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
