Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.

Are you an enthusiastic student pursuing a degree in English, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or a related field? Are you ready to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship, working 8 hours a day, 4-5 days a week? Do you aspire to challenge your abilities on diverse projects within the Human Resources Department? If your answer is yes, we invite you to join our team as an HR Intern in Recruitment and Compliance.
What will you do?
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to Recruitment and Compliance, such as:
· Conducting the full recruitment process for Intern positions and assisting with the hiring of staff positions.
· Serving as the first point of contact for interns/employees regarding HR-related services.
· Assisting with the administration of meetings involving the verification team, local authorities, and employees.
· Supporting ongoing HR topics and MBV events (Health Insurance, Family Day, Star Service Award, etc.)
· Working closely with the entire HR team, the Head of HR, and the Global HR team on HR projects.
· Performing other tasks as assigned.

· Available for a 6-month full time internship, concluding the end of December 2026.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
· Excellent at analytical thinking, with strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
· Capable of working independently.
· A person with a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
· Creative and good at problem-solving.
· Interested in HR Management System
