Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination

* Manage day-to-day office operations in Sofia (workspace, logistics, suppliers, employee requests)

* Ensure a smooth on-site employee experience (events, business travels, onboarding presence, facilities support)

* Support finance and compliance processes, including invoice processing, reimbursements, and adherence to internal policies

* Act as the first point of contact for local administrative queries

HR Administration

* Support employee lifecycle processes, including:
- onboarding and offboarding
- documentation preparation
- absence and payroll administration

* Maintain accurate employee records and HR data

* Coordinate benefits administration and health & safety activities

* Assist with local HR initiatives and employee engagement activities

Requirements

Experience & Background

* University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

* 2+ years of experience in Office coordination with HR exposure

Skills

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities (HR and office topics)

* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems and HR processes

* Fluency in English and Bulgarian
