What is the opportunity?

Join our fun team that loves to collaborate! You will shape careers by ensuring RBC Personal Banking & Commercial Banking is attracting and engaging the best talent. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide recruitment and administrative/logistical support to a team of Early Talent Recruitment professionals to help drive our recruiting initiatives. Leveraging your high degree of accuracy and good judgment, you will coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, reports, support events, and maintain recruiting data. You will interact with students, hiring leaders, business partners, and vendors. You will also be integral in creating a seamless candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life-cycle. This is a 12-month contract opportunity
What will you do?
*

Partner with the Recruiters to offer excellent support for our managers and candidates

*

Be a part of the on-campus experience through event facilitation, support and delivery

*

Prepare student offer letters, recruitment reports and support ongoing projects

*

Partner with internal teams for student onboarding

*

Identify and recommend areas for simplification and efficiency

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
*

Minimum 1 year of professional experience (including internship experience or similar experience in an office environment)

*

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Internet/social media skills

*

Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with problem solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills

*

Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects (e.g., interview bookings, ad hoc assignments, etc.)

Nice-to-have
*

Work experience in Human Resources

*

Phenom/ Workday usage or exposure

*

Bilingual (French/English) language capability is an asset
