As a Specialized Trainer you will develop and deliver training to staff to contribute to the professional development of human capital aligned with Airbus' strategy and objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.

Key responsibilities:
* Ensure the completion of the staff training process (Preparation, Initiation, Development, and Closure).
* Promote a safety culture during training and prevent accidents in the training area.
* Provide information on the status of KPIs (SQCDP) to maintain and improve training quality.
* Implement staff certification and training plans.
* Maintain training rooms in good condition following 5S guidelines.
* Ensure adequate inventory of training materials and tools.
* Develop and update internal and external training and certification programs.
* Maintain records of training provided both within and outside the company.
* Promote company values ​​in all activities.
* Keep the physical and digital documentation of the training area organized.
* Administer training satisfaction surveys.
* Monitor staff training and certification needs.

Requirements:
* Relevant and verifiable experience of more than 2 years in aeronautical processes
* Organizational skills
* Knowledge of cognitive processes
* Ability to express and conceptualize ideas
* Results-oriented
* Operational coaching skills
