Job Description:

* Data Analysis: Preparation and analysis of operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Reporting & Automation: Creation of performance reports and support in process automation
* Handling operational topics as well as communication with our international service providers
* Support in quality management
* Administrative management of system access for external employees

Qualifications:

* Ongoing studies, for example in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
* First practical experience in a customer-oriented company or in customer service is desirable
* Strong numerical understanding, analytical mindset, and IT affinity
* Enjoyment of teamwork and detailed analyses
* High motivation combined with a fast and accurate working style
* Good MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
* Good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
* Resilience and ability to work in a team
