Ihre Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Betreuung eines definierten Bereiches an Fachund
Führungskräften

* Personalgewinnung, einschließlich Zusammenarbeit mit externen
Dienstleistern

* Vorbereitung, Abs#mmung und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen

* Betreuung der Zeiterfassung

* Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen

* Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

* Administra#on und Datenerfassung

Ihr Profil:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung zur/m Personalkauffrau /mann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifika#on

* Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Gute SAP Kenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
