Your role:
You act as a global HR Business Partner for GES within DES and the Enabling Functions, closely aligning HR strategies with business needs and operating models.
You partner with the international Leadership Teams to understand business strategies and develop People Strategies that drive results, leveraging existing and innovative HR tools and methodologies.
You enable the business to fulfill its strategy by supporting People initiatives globally, with special focus on key hubs in the Philippines, Poland, India, and Costa Rica.
You drive and support organizational transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders, leveraging structured HR tools and acting as a change agent to align people strategies with future business needs. You facilitate transformation by mobilizing willingness to change, ensuring business agility, and building new HR capabilities to enable sustainable growth.
You engage and challenge the business to anticipate requirements and communicate People decisions that drive critical business priorities on both global and local levels.
As HRBP you anticipate gaps and future people requirements, including sourcing, performance, and rewards strategies for business-critical roles.
Also you ensure a robust talent pipeline through succession planning for business-critical positions, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
You assure strategic alignment and successful collaboration with critical internal stakeholder groups in the matrix organization (e.g., Corporate Center, business leaders, Service Center, other Group Functions) and externally (other multinational companies).
Who you are:
* Business and/or HR-related qualification, ideally including background in Life Science / Electronics / Healthcare industry
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in HR with proven progressive HRBP experience
* Track record of managing complex Global transformation and change projects, including experience with social partners (works-council)
* Experience in supporting business growth, translating business strategy into sector-specific People strategy, and advising senior leaders on strategic People decisions on a global and local level

* Effective at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced growing environment
* Business acumen paired with a hands-on mentality and the ability to match business needs with HR deliverables
* Clear and strategic thinker with excellent knowledge in change management, organizational design, talent performance management paired with operational knowledge of local HR processes
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement and monitor HR programs that enable the achievement of business goals
