HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Specialist assist the HRD and HR Team in terms of C&B, HR Admin, Controlling, Reporting & Analytics. The position is covering full DENS HUB; Denmark, Germany, Sweden & Switzerland. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Compensation & Benefits:Assist the HRD in designing and overseeing the implementation of compensation and benefits programs (incl. monitoring retail salary structures and Annual Salary Review, Review of benefits administration and processes and help ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision. Support on the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews & variable schemesMonitor local market evolution and market competitiveness for retailSupport the HR Team on managing payroll compensation changes and ensuring accuracy throughout the year, in collaboration with the external payroll provider(s)Assist in budgets for compensation and benefits programsStay informed about changes in legislation and adjust benefits policies accordingly.Fleet Management HR Admin, Controlling & Analytics: Overseeing HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key HR metrics, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor all HR-relevant KPI's including headcount & costsAssist with HQ & retail payroll budget KPIs follow-up, Annual & monthly reports (LVMH) & any ad-hoc reportsConduct cost analysis to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes and ensure cost-effectiveness.Develop detailed analytics that support program effectivenessExecute precise data management processes ensuring highest quality standardsSupport the HR team with HR administration, ex. processing contracts and other documentsBecome our HRIS super-user HR Service Provider Management: Ensure service level agreement between Sephora & service providers is set and regularly reviewed including all HR services standard and secure compliance with our indirect purchasing policy. HR Processes& Governance: Review and improve current HR processes to increase reliability and data integrity in close collaboration with the HR team and maintain ethical standards Transparency and Fairness: Ensuring that compensation and benefits processes are transparent and perceived as fair by employees, fostering trust and engagement.Ethical Decision-Making: Guiding ethical decision-making in all aspects of compensation and benefits, particularly when dealing with individual cases or exceptions to policy.
