As Team Lead Global Product Management HUGO Womenswear (f/m/d), you lead a team, drive global collection and assortment planning, and own the commercial performance of our HUGO Womenswear collection across all channels

What you can expect:

* Lead and develop the Global Product Management HUGO Womenswear team (people leadership, coaching, feedback, performance)
* Take end-to-end responsibility for collection framework planning and assigned product groups - from briefing through development to handover to sales
* Manage global price planning and positioning, ensuring margin targets, competitiveness, and international market requirements are met
* Create global assortment proposals for Wholesale, Retail and E-Com based on demand analyses to secure a consistent brand image at POS
* Generate and interpret analyses and KPIs to steer product performance and derive clear actions to optimize assortment, pricing and sell-through
* Collaborate closely with Creative Management, Product Development and Sourcing to align design, quality and commercial objectives
* Strategically plan and steer SMUs and sport-related capsule collections (incl. key accounts, marketing launches, events) from kick-off to on-time delivery
* Actively shape and optimize processes (incl. in-season and outlet topics) and drive change initiatives as central contact along the value chain

Your profile:

* Several years of experience in Product Management / Category Management / Merchandising, ideally in an international fashion environment (womenswear a plus)
* Proven leadership experience in a comparable role
* Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and cross-channel assortment management (WHS, RET, E-Com)
* Highly analytical and confident working with reports, KPIs and deriving concrete, action-oriented recommendations
* Experience in managing SMUs, key account programs or capsule collections and in working with international stakeholders
* Solid background in process and change management, with a strong drive to improve and implement structures
* Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written); very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint), PLM/ERP experience is a plus
