Job Description:

* Master the Flow: Drive daily internal account reconciliations and Free of Payment bookings, ensuring the heartbeat of our securities movement is flawless
* Own the Settlement Lifecycle: Provide expert oversight of settlement activities and TaxBox delivery, acting as the primary bridge between us and our global counterparties
* Be the Operational Detective: Investigate mismatches with a "root-cause" mindset, transforming discrepancies into opportunities for system optimization and excellence
* Influence Strategy through Data: Conduct deep-dive analyses on transfer data to provide the "ground truth" for high-level operational decision-making
* Build for Scale: Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve manual workflows into scalable, automated processes that can keep pace with our explosive business growth
* Manage Key Relationships: Serve as the professional face of the company in communications with external partners and data providers, ensuring seamless, high-trust settlement cycles

Qualifications:

* The Foundation: You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or hold a university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Professional Experience: You've gained exposure to the world of finance-perhaps through an internship or your first entry-level role in securities, brokerage, or banking operations. If you've spent time in the "engine room" (Middle or Back Office) of a bank, you'll feel right at home here
* A Quick Learner: You have a natural interest in how the financial world works, are comfortable with Excel and pick up new software systems quickly. If you've heard of Clearstream or TaxBox, that's great, but we are also happy to teach you
* The Communicator: You are ready to work in a professional environment in both German and English
