About the Role:
As a Lead Mainframe Site Reliability Engineer, you will drive the reliability and evolution of re-hosted CICS/TX and MQ platforms by leading critical operations, defining technical standards, and coordinating modernization efforts across middleware, infrastructure, and stakeholders.
Your role:
* Lead all critical platform activities for the re-hosted CICS/TX and MQ service, including incidents, upgrades, new features and structural improvements.​
* Own the evolution of the re-platformed middleware stack, including coordination with IBM, application groups and DR/cloud-readiness efforts.​
* Set technical standards for availability, housekeeping, performance, RCA and operational excellence in this senior- heavy tower.

Your profile:
* Senior enterprise depth in CICS/TX and MQ delivery, upgrades and cluster management.​
* Strong command of Linux-hosted middleware reliability, performance and change-window control.​
* Excellent stakeholder management and technical lead capability in a critical legacy-modernization context.
