Talent Acquisition Operations Europe
* Support the Headcount (HC) approval process at regional level, including validation and tracking
* Create and manage requisitions in line with approved headcount and recruitment processes
* Create, align and publish job postings
* Support interview scheduling and coordination to enable a smooth candidate experience
* Act as a regional operational backbone for Talent Acquisition teams, and contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives across the region
ATS Support
* Perform local TalentLink ATS administration, including user access support and issue resolution
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS across the recruitment lifecycle
* Support recruiters with TalentLink usage, system guidance, and troubleshooting
* Participate in testing and rollout of TalentLink enhancements and updates
* Support reporting and tracking of recruitment activities through the system

* 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, or HR operations
* Handson experience with TalentLink ATS or a similar Applicant Tracking System
* Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
* Demonstrated interest in process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement
* Structured, reliable, and serviceoriented working style
* Strong collaboration and communication skills in a regional or global setup
* Resilient and consistent when handling repetitive, high-volume coordination tasks (e.g. frequent candidate outreach and interview scheduling)
