Purpose of the role

To maintain oversight of aircraft undergoing base maintenance (C-Checks), ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements, approved maintenance programmes, and company procedures.
The role will be based full-time at Shannon Airport, working in close collaboration with the appointed MRO provider and internal CAMO/engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of maintenance activities.

Main tasks of the role
* Responsible for on-site Technical Representative (Techrep) during heavy maintenance.
* Responsible for reporting back to CAMO regarding check status.
* Monitor quality of work and man-hour usage.
* Responsible for approving all additional work during base maintenance.
* Responsible for handling all queries from MRO and involve key stakeholders when necessary.
* Assuring that all requested maintenance, inspections, and modifications has been performed and documented in accordance with approved procedures prior to release to service to the highest quality and safety.
* Responsible for ensuring that no scheduled maintenance is due when aircraft is returned to service.
* Approve any deferred maintenance when aircraft is released to service.
* Responsible for coordinating with iOCC for crew and fuel onboard aircraft when returning to service.
* Control of component changes in co-operation with Logistic Department.
* Update work order status in the maintenance management system when work is completed.

What we're looking for
* Relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to aircraft continuing airworthiness management
* Part CAMO
* Knowledge of Part 145
* Knowledge of Part 21
* Knowledge of MSG3 and Aircraft Maintenance Program
* Experience with aircraft manuals e.g. AMM, IPC, SSM, SRM, FIM, WDM, MEL etc.
* Verbal and written communication skills in English
