For our boutique in Rome, we are looking for a Boutique Manager.
As a Brand Ambassador for Hublot, you will hold full responsibility for the boutique and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager Italy & Marketing Manager Eastern Mediterranean, who oversees the Italian market.
Commercial background with relevant further education; proven experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, or extensive experience working with a demanding clientele (e.g. in high-end hospitality) Strong entrepreneurial spirit Experience with international clientele is an advantage Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g. French) are a plus Proven experience in team leadership Strong flexibility, commitment, and organizational skills High resilience and excellent interpersonal abilities Strong affinity for luxury products and a keen sense for premium presentation standards
