Job Description:

Overview

This is an on site role. The position is to manage day to day reciept of cash and checks rom customer sales reps and delivery, prepare bank deposit and update cashiering systems. Manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise.

* Drive Future Success: Support Management to provide them more time with front line

* Develop Others: Answer questions and deliver coaching & training
* Develop Self: Gain understanding of Market/Location P&L
Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
* 2+ years' experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
* Bachelor Degree preferred
* Detailed knowledge and experience ¡n Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
* Ability to become proficient ¡n multiple IT applications
* Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
* Cashiering experience a plus
* Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Discretion with sensitive information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
TECHNICAL SKILLS:

* Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional, confidential and organized manner

* Ability to verify CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposit on a daily basis
* Update cashiering system by CR and customer specific information
* Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
* Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism on a daily basis
* Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
* Ability to track CR over/short amounts in excel and communication issues back to CR or sales manager
* Administer specific applications/time bound processes to include specific ERT, ESC, SAP and excel
