Main Objective:Describe the overall purpose of the position

Administration of the unionized personnel of the production area, in order to comply with the SQDCM objectives assigned to the area, as well as the correct administration and monitoring of the SPW in its control area.

Implementation of the SPW system in the paint plant.

Participation in projects generated whitin the CD

Monitoring and correcting problems detected in your control line in conjunction with the quality and maintenance departments

2 Operational

a.-

carry out continuous monitoring of the line's OPE

Compliance with painting plant process survey and UL functions.

Generation of information and root cause analysis to eliminate any impact on SQDCM indicators.

3 Resource Management

a.-

Administration of union personnel in charge, control of absenteeism, generation and support of improvement ideas.
