Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is pivotal in creating an exceptional Mars recruitment experience across internal and external recruitment. The TA Coordinator acts as the conduit to ensure smooth interactions between Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, P&O Ops, Associate Relations, Talent Mobility, P&O Business Partners and Candidates (among others). This role is the source of truth on some of TA's fundamental practices and ways of working across job posting, contract generation and pre-boarding and works to build a strong Mars reputation throughout the recruitment process.
This role works across all Mars segments and functions across MyP&O supporte countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting interview scheduling; ensuring calendars are managed, interviews are booked with the correct resources and plan, and all stakeholders (candidates, Agencies, TA Partners, Works Council Reps, Interviewers etc) are informed and have clear information for the day.
* Managing the assignment of Requisitions to all our TA Partners ensuring the smooth flow of communication with the Hiring Manager and TA Partner.
* Creating high quality, accurate new hire documentation (e.g. contracts, offer letters) and managing the full pre-boarding process and handover to our P&O (HR) teams. Ensuring a smooth journey for all incoming Associates.
* Working on continuous improvement (CI) across the TA team, identifying areas for improvement and/or contributing to their enhancement and collaborating with the team to drive them forward to completion including documentation creation and process mapping.
* Effectively use all Talent Acquisition systems, tools, and programs provided by the global Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure alignment with Mars strategies and roll-up into Mars Talent Acquisition metrics.
* Being a key support to candidates, TA Partners and hiring managers throughout the hiring process for any recruitment queries.
* Ensuring data management and protection for all recruitment information. Acting with respect and confidentiality when managing sensitive data.
* Maintaining and updating our records and data in our systems and tools (Workday, Docusign, Trackers, TrustID etc).
* Supporting Talent Mobility, Executive Search and other TA teams in creating local contracts where needed.
* Supporting Early Talent recruitment and hiring processes (e.g. Apprentices and Dual Students)
* You will also be expected to support other ad hoc tasks that are relevant to this job role and support P&O (HR)
* Being the first point of contact for all general Recruitment questions and queries that come around the interview/preboarding/onboarding process.
* Monitoring individual performance against TAC KPI's for quality, time and value+ ensuring delivery in all areas.
* Supporting cross-country and cross-segment harmonization and standardization to ensure that the recruitment process is aligned, efficient and focused on quality.
