Front Office Professional

TASK ANS RESPONSABILITIES

* Front office is the contact point for individual queries regarding to the status of current administrative tasks of defined HR processes (such as employment letters, social security processes, personal file documentation, updated documentation, Medical Insurance, vacation reports and related).

* The position take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.

* Guarantee an equative attention service for all the different divisions and types of employees (Sales, administrative, product supply plants, research and development sites and Shared Service Center).

* Support the development, maintenance and improvement of detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered (user access for the regional HR Platforms).

* Support in the execution of different projects or processes delegated from the back HR services (Talent Management, Total Rewards and Benefits, Mobility, Payroll) and HRBP or Labor Expert.

* Drive local support and knowledge for incident/problem management for local topics based on global steering and rules.

* Manage the topics related to the local internal movement within the country and the relationship with local vendors and participants.

* Manage and ensure the onboarding/hiring processes for new employees.

* Propose and implement process improvements in order to reduce complexity, raise customer satisfaction rates and response time in the area, attending to customer feedback and analysis of monthly results, within our main communication channel SSF.

* Ensure Operational Excellence on the processes, local programs and HR Projects.

WHO YOU ARE

* University degree in Business administration or similar, especially with the focus on Human Resources. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive experience across core HR functions.

* Intermediate English level.

* Strong communication and customer service orientation with proven experience, service delivery management, HR process design and employee administration.

* Being a team player who can support change and motivate others.

* High degree of reliability.

* Eager to learn and flexibility in adapting quickly to a changing process environment.
