About this Position
We are looking for a Country Manager to lead the growth of our luxury beauty brands in the market, combining strategic vision, strong commercial execution, and close customer engagement.
This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the country's commercial and business strategy, ensuring financial targets are met while building strong, long-term customer relationships and driving sustainable growth.
What you´ll do
* Define and execute the country's commercial and growth strategy, aligned with regional priorities
* Own and drive the P&L, ensuring delivery of sales, profitability, and market share targets
* Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and business partners
* Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth channels
* Design and implement commercial and marketing plans to position our brands within the luxury segment
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
* Manage the project pipeline and unlock growth potential across key accounts
* Collaborate closely with regional and global teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to drive performance
* Continuously optimize the Go-to-Market model to ensure efficient resource allocation
* Monitor business performance and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable results
What makes you a good fit
* Strong background in FMCG (beauty is a plus, not a must)
* Consumer-centric mindset with experience across multiple channels (retail, boutiques, e-commerce)
* Proven ability to build and lead teams
* Solid financial and analytical skills (full P&L, ROI, resource allocation)
* Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
* Experience developing and optimizing Go-to-Market models
* Ability to integrate marketing, sales, and education strategies
* Highly collaborative leader who builds through teams
* Fluent English
* Willingness to travel 25-50%
* Candidate can be based in based in CDMX or Guadalajara
