About the role - Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a high-potential Maintenance Lead to join our factory team.
The successful candidate will coach and develop the maintenance capability of teams by serving as a technical coach and resource, spends time on the floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours. Works with COE to continuously improve the routes and action plans by surrounding CBM and improve the content and standardization of Bill of Material (BOM). Works with the COE to continuously improve Preventive Maintenance work instructions, task list, checklist, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting, strategies, and orders parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.

What are you going to do?
* Responsible for DMS (Daily Management System) breakdown elimination and defect handling to ensure zero loss by initiating short-term fixes and developing long-term plans when necessary.
* Prepare and lead all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance for various high-speed and packaging machinery.
* Troubleshoot and implement improvements to recurring technical losses.
* Updating standards and procedures to reduce maintenance costs (parts and labour) in line with the budget.
* Manage stakeholders by collaborating with the Maintenance, Engineering, and Breakdown departments.
* Prioritize Preventative maintenance activities in the weekly schedule.
* Understand principle-centered coaching leadership and humble questioning.
* Coach and qualify AM and PM activities with employees within the process.
* Actively participate in team goal setting and implementation to ensure we are a low-cost, high-quality producer.
* Ensure product and workplace quality by following all procedures and guidelines.
* Comply with all established GMP and HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and KHMS quality operating safety procedures.
* Be flexible to occasionally adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required.

* Ability to lead a team and collaborate with other colleagues
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word skills
* Technical schooling/training required
* +5 yrs Technical/Maintenance experience required
